No, we do not offer financing, but we do have some great information and contacts to some trusted lenders. Please call us for information.
How long will it take to build my pool?
Quality pools take time to build. How long it takes to build your pool will depend on how elaborate of a design you choose and the options you have added. Our average build time is approximately 6 weeks from excavation.
How can I be assured that your company is a reputable, quality pool builder?
First of all, check our list of references. There is no better way to become comfortable with our quality standards and customer service than to speak directly with our existing customers. You can also check with other local professional organizations to research our reputation and workmanship.
Who Obtains The Building Permits?
It is our responsibility to apply and obtain a building permit before construction begins. We work closely with all local municipalities and follow all local building codes.
What About Our Home Owners Association?
The customer is responsible for getting the proper paper work filled out and submitted to your HOA. Preferred Pools will make sure you have all the proper construction documentation to turn into the HOA.
Is Preferred Pools Insured?
Yes, we have the required state liability insurance and we carry a two million dollar liability insurance policy. Also all our employees and the few subcontracting companies we do use are fully insured for General liability, property damage and workman's compensation.
Will you support and help maintain my pool after it’s completed?
We build relationships. Just because we’ve completed your pool does not mean that our relationship ends. We will be with you to help service and maintain your pool long after it’s finished. The level of involvement we have in maintaining your pool is up to you.

Is the pool Structure guaranteed?
Yes, Preferred Pools warrants that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as you own the swimming pool. Structurally sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell so as to withstand all the loads without cracking or water loss. Should the shell be determined not to be structurally sound by an licensed engineer Preferred Pools will, at no cost to the homeowner, perform necessary repairs to restore its integrity.
