What happens if it rains on my pool service day?

As we all know mixing long poles, water, electrical equipment, and lightning is not the safest thing to do! While we don’t mind getting wet, we want to keep our guys safe. If it is raining your pool will be serviced as normal. If there is lightning, we will look at the radar and see if we can wait the storm out and service your pool at a later time. If radar shows storms most of the day then a “severe weather service” will be performed; checking and adjusting chemicals, emptying baskets, and backwashing if needed however the pool will not be cleaned.

Can I request the day my pool gets serviced?

In most cases yes. However, while we will do our best to accommodate all requests, the day each pool is serviced is determined when our technicians are in your area. If you have a special event and would like it serviced on a specific day we can always preform an additional cleaning upon request.
