Over 10 years ago owner Josh Koenig established Preferred Pools as strictly a pool maintenance company. These days we are a very different company offering a wide range of services from New Construction, Remodels & Replasters, to weekly service and repairs. Josh prides himself and is known for being very hands on in every project. We believe that any job worth doing is worth doing right and when your name is on the line there is no room for poor quality or unhappy customers. We do our best to make sure that our employees have this same work ethic and belief in customer satisfaction.
Our key to success is having a great relationship with our customers. As in any relationship, there has to be a foundation of trust and communication. From the first time we make contact with a prospective client through the completion of the pool and beyond, you will be treated with the utmost respect and consideration. We will make every effort to make ourselves available to you whenever you need us. Our customers are the single most important element of our business. Satisfied customers are our best advertisement and our best salespeople. Without our customers we have no business.
